5.Monthly President Video Sponsorship - emailed to members on the first business day of the month with the newsletter

Includes “This month’s president’s video brought to you by….” in the beginning of the video with your logo and in the newsletter email. Your company name will be on the President Video website page in the Members Only section of the RAYAC website.

6.New Member Orientation - Orientations occurs on January 12, March 19th, May 20th, July 15th , September 17th and November 11th.

Two non-competing sponsors for every Orientation. Now accepting 2025 sponsors!
Company name and logo on affiliate sponsor slide of the New Member Orientation PowerPoint.
5 minutes each to speak to new members during lunch. “Lunch brought to you by…” on the Orientation reminder email to new members scheduled to attend.
Rate: $150 each
May purchase one sponsorship per year, unless additional dates remain available after March 31, 2025.

7.StraightTalk Professional Development Sponsorships - Scheduled throughout the year

One sponsor for every StraightTALK session.

Meet and greet members prior to the start of the session.
Company name and logo on session advertising, RAYAC StraightTALK website page, and welcome slide of presentation.
5 minutes to speak with the attendees to kick-off the session. Can attend the session for free to participate alongside members. If lunch is included, one member of your organization is free. May pay for additional lunches.
Rate: $200 each

8.RAYAC News Briefs - updated weekly on the RAYAC website, including a Facebook notification post.

Sponsor the weekly News Briefs Facebook RAYAC Group post.

“This week’s News Briefs brought to you by….” On Facebook RAYAC group page post. Includes company name on the News Briefs website page of the RAYAC website.
Rate: $75/ week
Frequency discount: 4 weeks for $275. (Must be purchased at the same time to receive the discount.)

9.Annual Meeting Speaker - October - One Sponsor

Rate: $2,000 – recognized in all promotion for the event and opportunity to introduce keynote speaker at the annual meeting.

10.Membership Appreciation Events -Four non-competing sponsors - Rate: $450. Two to three events will be held throughout the year. One in the Hanover area and one or two in the York area. Please check your location preference.
