The SELIxCPRL Fellowship is an advanced summer fellowship exclusively for alumni of the Southern Education Leadership Initiative (SELI) who are currently enrolled in graduate programs. This fellowship is designed to expand their leadership skills through high-impact consulting projects with organizations driving systemic change in education. SELIxCPRL fellows will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex challenges, apply advanced policy and leadership strategies, and contribute meaningfully to efforts that promote racial equity and education improvement across the South.
