Service Line Identification

The City of Owosso is mandated by the State of Michigan to identify the water service lines from the water main to the interior of your home.  To do this we need to verify the drinking water pipe materials in your home. EGLE formerly known as DEQ (Department of Environmental Quality) requires this information as part of the lead remediation program also known as the Lead and Copper Rule.
