The Faculty of Health Sciences (“FHS”) at Western University, in partnership with StrategyCorp Inc., is developing a new strategic plan to guide its priorities, goals, and activities for the next five years and beyond. Over the last several weeks, we have gathered feedback, insights, and perspectives from our staff, students, faculty, and partners as well as conducting an internal workshop to develop a high-level draft Strategic Plan.
We are now looking to test and validate that draft plan with the FHS community through this survey, which will present the key components of the proposed new Strategic Framework for your review and feedback. The key components include the mission, vision and values, and strategic directions and objectives. The results of this survey will be combined with information gained from focus groups, pop-ups and additional research, to ensure that the final strategic plan is practical, forward-looking and reflective of the FHS community.
The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete, will remain open until December 12th, 2025 and is confidential. Only StrategyCorp will have access to the survey data and responses will be reported back to FHS only in aggregate form, with no identifying information attached.
