Mandate Nomination Process

Please input your details below if you would like to be nominated for one of the vacant Mandate positions in your store. Please note that in the event that there are more nominations than positions an election will be held. Please fill in all of the required information, otherwise your nomination may not be valid.

2.Please select the vacant store position you wish to be nominated for?(Required.)
3.If successfully nominated/elected to the position do you agree to attend all the Training attached to the position.(Required.)
4.In the event there are more nominations then positions do you agree to partake in a election?(Required.)
