The Philadelphia Federal Reserve recently put out a controversial paper indicating that long standing ideas about the negative effects gentrification may not be backed up by their data based on a longitudinal study. (https://bit.ly/2PmmuN0) We are putting together an interesting panel to discuss the effects of gentrification (pro/con) in the Kansas City region and provide an overview of the Fed study.
