General Vendor Information

The purpose of this form is to provide government agencies with the information they need to adequately understand, evaluate, and explain AI systems. This form is intended for the representatives of AI vendors. Each vendor may only submit one response for each AI system. If a vendor has more than one AI system, they must submit a separate response for each system.

GovAI Coalition Pledge for Vendors: By joining the Vendor Registry, my company commits to the responsible AI practices outlined by the Coalition and will complete and maintain the Coalition’s AI FactSheet for AI systems we intend to sell to government agencies. We will proactively share information about our AI systems so that government agencies using our services can be transparent with their communities about their AI use, which is vital in building trust and enabling successful AI deployments.
