Franklinton Middle School Park Project Survey

The Town of Franklinton has partnered with Franklin County Schools on the Franklinton Middle School Park Project (FMS Park). The goal of the first phase of the project is to create a park space on roughly 8 acres of land adjacent to the FMS gym. The first phase of the project includes rehabilitating the baseball/softball facilities, rehabilitating the tennis court area and adding pickleball, adding a 1/4 mile paved walking loop, adding additional parking, adding a pedestrian sidewalk to connect to Cheatham Street to promote safe pedestrian access to the site, and adding a sand volleyball court. Phase 1 of the project is made possible by the generous donation of an anonymous donor. Future phases of the project are likely as additional funding is received.
