Each year, the Saugatuck City Council convenes to set strategic priorities for the upcoming fiscal year. This process includes a collaborative public meeting with the City’s leadership team to formalize key goals and objectives into actionable plans. Yearly we invite residents and businesses to participate in a brief survey. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify and prioritize activities for the year ahead.
