2026 VTA Rider Storm Water Survey

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) holds a stormwater runoff pollution prevention permit issued by the State of California. Included among the permit requirements is a community outreach educational program that engages members of the general public, schoolchildren, VTA patrons and VTA employees.

This outreach program also calls for a survey of VTA riders, designed to measure general familiarity with the storm drain system and the perception of VTA's role in storm water management. The following survey questions meet that purpose. Please take a moment to complete this survey.
