This community survey forms part of the stage 1 community consultation process that is being conducted by the Hyecorp Property Group to understand community attitudes to the proposed seniors housing and aged care development at 86-98 Sailors Bay Road and 7-17B Baringa Road, Northbridge. You will be able to participate in the survey between 1 to 30 September 2026.
The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete. Most questions just require you to tick the box next to the answers that apply. The survey results will used by Hyecorp and their design team to formulate the final architectural solution for this project.
The survey findings will be made publicly available in the community consultation outcomes report that will form part of the State Significant Development Application that will be lodged later in the year.
