We’re hosting an in-studio hiring event for the Greater Charleston area - and we’re doing it the Orangetheory way: in motion. 💪
For Sales Associate + Studio Manager Candidates
Come meet our team in a more authentic setting by joining a complimentary Orangetheory class. After class, you’ll stay for a conversation with members of our hiring team to learn more about the role, the studio culture, and what success looks like at Orangetheory.
What to expect:
Complimentary Orangetheory class (arrive early to check in + get set up)
Time to connect with our team and experience the studio vibe
Post-class discussion/interview with hiring team members

For Fitness Coach Candidates:
Coach candidates will attend a complimentary class, then participate in an Open Mic Audition with members of our fitness leadership team. This is your chance to bring your energy, coaching style, and presence to the room.
What to expect:
Complimentary Orangetheory class (to experience our coaching + format)
Open Mic Audition with our fitness team (you’ll have time to show how you coach)

What to bring / wear:
Workout attire + sneakers
Water bottle
A positive attitude and your best energy
