Family Survey about Hybrid Learning: Elementary Schools

Introduction

Berkeley Unified’s Board of Education has voted to approach reopening in a phased and very deliberate manner, with grades TK-5 to reopen in January (pending local health conditions). Although our county has moved into "purple" designation in which we are not permitted to reopen schools, we continue to prepare for changing conditions by developing reopening plans. As the district enters negotiations with labor partners, having your voices in the room is critical.

We would greatly appreciate your feedback on both our assumptions in designing a model, and also a sample hybrid-learning model.
