Thank you for providing your anonymous feedback to our Cancer Council ACT "Quitting Together" program. Your responses will help to guide the support we provide to ACT Community Services to better serve the clients you work with.
Your responses will be completely anonymous, and the results are only designed to provide a snapshot of where your service is now. We want people experiencing disadvantage, mental illness, chronic conditions, homelessness, and other conditions to be supported to experience the physical and mental health benefits of overcoming nicotine dependence, and your experience working with those who need help most are essential for us to work hand-in-hand with your service.
