Objectives: 
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Identify those results from The Cancer Genome Atlas that make it possible to now offer a genomic-based classification of endometrial carcinoma.
2. Describe the clinical and pathological features of endometrial cancers with POLE mutations.
3. List the molecular features that define the dedifferentiated/undifferentiated group of endometrial carcinomas.
