Welcome to Montana's Family Outcomes Survey.

Montana Milestones Part C of the IDEA Early Intervention Program uses the Family Survey to collect input on how the Program is doing with delivering quality early intervention services to infants and toddlers and their families.  It helps us find areas that we need to improve on, so we can continue to focus on making the Program better for the families we serve.  The Survey is focused upon three family results:
1. Knowing your rights
2. Communicating your child's needs
3. Helping your child develop and learn

Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is important.
