The Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Toronto would like to hear from you. In creating these survey questions below, we reached out to community members who had experience with our agency and asked for their input and suggestions on what they think we should ask and what they would like to be asked. We hope you find the questions relevant. The information you graciously share will teach us insights on how we are doing and how we can improve service. Your participation is completely voluntary and you can stop the survey at any time. Your personal responses to the survey will be kept confidential and all identifying information will be removed. We thank you in advance for your time and willingness to share your experiences and suggestions. The survey should only take a few minutes. We are listening!
