Spring/Long Course Tryouts

Swim team tryouts will be held on the following dates and locations. Swimmers can tryout at any site but need to register and pay at the preferred practice location.

3/16 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM @ South Amboy YMCA
3/17 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM @ Metuchen YMCA

Need to bring a competitive bathing suit, goggles, and swim cap.

All swimmers will swim freestyle and two other strokes of their choice. The distance depends on age.
