South Glos Parent Carers (SGPC) are the local parent carer for parents and carers of children and young people (aged 0-25) with special educational needs and disabilities.
We gather the views and experiences of parent carers in our community and feed these back to service providers to help bring about positive change.
We understand a number of families on neurodivergence assessment waiting lists have recently been contacted by Sirona about their place on the waiting lists and the support available. If this includes you, we want to hear how it affects you and your child or young person.
We want to hear from you if your children have any additional needs, conditions, impairments or disabilities (diagnosed or undiagnosed), so we can represent all of our families' voices across South Gloucestershire. We value your time in giving us your views. Your responses are completely confidential. Any information we do share will be fully anonymized to protect your privacy.
