The study involves responding to a series of questions about the frequency of psychedelic journeys, the role of individual integration efforts, and the impact of a supportive psychedelic community. This survey should take between 5 and 6 minutes to complete. All questions require a response for this survey. Your responses will be held in strictest confidence, and results shared only as summaries of data. Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and completing the survey will serve as consent.

Instructions: This survey is designed to gather information about people's experience integrating their psychedelic journeys or medicine journeys. The questions below will ask about your personal efforts to integrate those mind-expanding experiences. If you are involved in a psychedelic community of like-minded journeyers, the survey will also ask questions about the value of a psychedelic community to your integration efforts.
