The purpose of this survey is to collect input from parents and/or guardians of KAMS students to help with the creation of the 2015-2016 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). Before taking the survey, please ask your student what color spirit team they are on.

* 2. One of our LCAP goals in 2014-2015 was to create a way for you as parents to get information without having to come to the school. We created a page on our School Loop website called Parent Portal, have you accessed any information on this page?

* 7. Each month at KAMS, we have Parent Visitation Week for you to come to the school and have lunch with your student. Have you participated in Parent Visitation Week during any of these weeks at KAMS?

* 14. One of our 2014-2015 LCAP goals was to decrease our overall school suspensions rate by 5%. Currently KAMS suspensions have decreased 60% from the 2013-2014 school year. Do you have any suggestions to help maintain positive student behavior here at KAMS?
