Registration & Paperwork for 17/18 School Year

This form is for late registration for Grade 8 students. Per our policy, if you do not complete the paperwork by the due date, you will have to stand in line at Open House and fill out this form then. Once you fill out this form I will distribute your child's schedule.

Please remember to contact Ms. Shambaugh, Ms. Kahn or your Grade Level Administrator if any of your information changes, especially your phone number and email address. If your physical address changes you must contact Ms. Shambaugh and she will direct you on how to make the changes. Thank you and welcome to TCMS! We will see you on August 9th at the Open House.
