* 1. Currently, eligibility for the farm use land tax exemption is based on 10% of a households annual income being earned from the sale of agriculture products.  Should this be changed to a flat dollar amount?

* 2. If you think a flat dollar amount is more appropriate, what amount would maximize the number of farmers who can take advantage of this exemption but minimize any abuses that may occur?

* 3. Currently, if farm use land is sold for a non-farming purpose the owner is responsible to pay the amount of property taxes that were exempt, plus interest, for the previous seven years.  Does this deter farmers from using the farm use land tax exemption?
