By sharing the names of providers that in your experience have worked well with your son or daughter, we might be able to ease another families angst over finding a provider that is suitable.
There families that don't know where to begin seeking a provider that may be at ease treating someone with a disability. They call PHP and we have only a handful from which to share. Mostly those of us with direct care experience from our own children. We need to build a longer list.
When their family doctor retires, they often find themselves on the journey of locating a new doctor, not an easy task in this valley. Especially when Medi-Cal is cutting its rates.
