Welcome to the AIMS Cohort Inquiry Form

Please take the next five minutes to answer the following questions about joining the AIMS Cohort Consultation, an opportunity to receive up to 10 hours of consultation, monthly virtual trainings, and peer learning to support the adoption of age-inclusive management strategies.

The survey questions will ask about your company, your interest with aging workers, and the type of programming and content of most interest to you.
