Available Accommodations
We are committed to making the Summit as accessible as possible within out current means.
The summit's virtual sessions will be hosted in the Strategy & Solidarity Collective Zoom Account.
Auto-generated captions and transcripts will be enabled for all sessions.
We will not permit the use of individual AI note taking bots during summit sessions. These bots often interfere with Zoom recordings and raise privacy & consent concerns for other participants.
All registered participants will have access to all of the summit's official session recordings, summaries and transcripts for the next year.
Future Accommodations
We hope to have ASL and other language interpretation services as a standard feature of future summits, but do not currently have the financial resources available to provide interpretation at all sessions.
