2023 Atomic Mentoring Program - Mentor Application

AMPers (ie participants) will be paired with a leader (ie YOU!) outside of their current company. The mentoring sessions will be virtual.

The program will consist of 1 training session (May) and a kickoff meeting in May. The mentoring will consist of approximately 6 sessions from May to September 2023.

In addition, participants will be encouraged to shadow their leader/mentor (ie YOU) and to perform a task-based leadership activity.
