The Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network is working with the City of Cornwall, the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry, and the United Counties of Prescott-Russell to survey and understand the potential need of shared inspected kitchens.

The objective is to provide small producers of prepared foods with a stepping stone between an uninspected kitchen to sell product at farmers' markets and a dedicated inspected kitchen to sell to the public.

The responses to this survey remain confidential within the management of the EOAN and the economic development officers of PR, SD&G, and Cornwall. Only aggregated anonymous information will be presented to external  authorities.
