Your Team Captain signs a copy of the Liability Release Form, and the Liability Release Form is uploaded using the link below
Everything is submitted by October 30^th, 2026 registration deadline

Once registration is complete, your team will be secured for one of the 16 available spots in the tournament.

Please note: If all 16 spots are filled, your team will be placed on the waiting list. Teams on the waiting list will be notified if an opportunity becomes available to participate.

Team Captain:
By completing this registration form, the Team Captain acknowledges responsibility for:

Reviewing all tournament rules and requirements
Communicating rules and regulations to the team
Ensuring team compliance and conduct during the tournament

Each player listed on the team roster must present their County of San Diego Employee ID badge at check-in to be eligible to participate.
