FEES & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Conditions of Payment – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY *
By registering for the Term 4 competition, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment conditions.
All Singles Competition fees must be paid by
week 3
of the
competition.
Club Membership
All competition players must be a member of Nepean Tennis.
Associate Membership: $20 annual fee
Membership must be current before participating in the competition.
Singles Competition Fees
* $170 per singles competition per term
* Enter a second singles competition and receive 10% off the second competition
* Enter a third singles competition and receive 15% off the third competition
* All singles competition fees must be paid by Week 3 of the competition
Xpoint Fee
* $22 annual Xpoint Player Access Fee
* Payable directly to Xpoint
* Xpoint will contact you by email, or payment can be made at the Pro Shop if required
Doubles Competition Fees
* Doubles competitions are $15 per player, per week
* All doubles fees are paid weekly
* Players participating in doubles competitions are responsible for finding their own substitute/fill-in player when required
* A substitute list may be available at the Pro Shop where possible
* The original player is responsible for ensuring the substitute's weekly fee is paid
* Payment can be made by the substitute or by the original player on their behalf
Late / Unpaid Fees
If competition fees are not paid by Week 3:
* Competition points will be deducted for each subsequent week that payment remains outstanding
* If Week 6 is reached without payment, the player will be removed from the competition
Withdrawals
After Round 3, withdrawals will not receive a refund or credit, unless a medical certificate is provided or sufficient reason for withdrawal is approved by the Competition Manager.
Players who withdraw will be required to pay fees equivalent to the number of matches already played.

Players participating in tryouts/grading must write down available times and days for grading if they cannot make scheduled day
Draws and scores will be available at www.ndta.com.au via an XPoint competition management system and will be updated as regularly as possible
Credits will be issued in the event of washouts where the round is
not
rescheduled at the end of the competition

Players are allowed a
maximum of 3
forfeits or risk immediate withdrawal from the competition, as well as a ban from the following term's competition.
Players who withdraw will be required to pay fees equal to the number of played matches from the competition.
Withdrawals after RND 3, will not receive refund of credit for comp, unless medical certificate has been provided or sufficiant reason of withdrawal given to Competition Manager.
Any reschedule or forfeit must notify the
Pro shop
no less than
TWO
hours before play.
Do not
notify opponants by Xpoint.
If a 'NO SHOW' occurs then it will be deemed as an
automatic forfeit
unless the other player accepts a reschedule time.
Fees must be paid by week 3 of the competition.
COMPETITION POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED EACH FOLLOWING WEEK PAYMENT IS NOT MADE.
Grading is at the discretion of NDTA competition committee and will be based on previous comp results (inc play-offs)
Players may be suspended from future comps for poor attendance or unsatisfactory withdrawal
It is each players responsibility to notify your opponent and pro shop of rescheduled matches. This is done via phone, email & messenger.
All players are required to play the full duration of the comp
(including positional play-offs).
It is the players responsibility to check the draw. NDTA will
NOT
send a text message when a player has a bye. NDTA will however notify players of any changes, in which case it is the players responsibility to check the draw
By playing in NDTA competitions, you are agreeing to the Association giving out your phone number to another player in the event of a reschedule.
In the event of rain, NDTA will send you a text message to tell you it is off.
If you do not receive a text message, all matches are on.
It is your responsibility to make sure that all your details are up to date with NDTA. It is important to check these before the start of the competition.
In doubles matches (MND, Saturday Afternoon, Tuesday Ladies Comp), it is the teams responsibility to find a fill in.
If you are playing a doubles comp and require a fill in, it is your responsibility to ensure that their weekly fee is paid for (whether you ask them, or pay on their behalf)
Credits received from winning or coming runner-up in a comp MUST be used within 12 months of receiving the credit. I.e a credit received from winning a comp in Term 1, 2023 will expire at the end of Term 1, 2024 and cannot be used as credit towards fees or shop items after that 12 month period. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
In the event of ongoing inclement weather, NDTA reserve the right to adjust the draws as needed to ensure as many rounds as possible are played. This may at times impact play off rounds.
Whilst this is a competitive environment, negative behaviour or unsportsman like conduct will not be tolerated. Nepean Tennis reserve the right to remove any patron displaying these behaviours without refund.
Fees & payment options for Term 4 Comp will be emailed to you once registration is closed & grading is complete.
**All Doubles competitions are paid weekly.
All grading information will be sent via email or sms before competition resumes.
