Welcome! This survey is being conducted by the Foundation for Advancement in Conservation, the nonprofit organization that oversees the Connecting to Collections Care (C2C Care) Community.

We are seeking information about:
  • Your awareness of the Community;
  • How you use the Community resources;
  • How we can make the program better suited to your needs;
  • What effect the program has had for you and/or your institution.
Please be assured your answers will be listened to and will be confidential. A summary of survey results will be published on the FAIC website (www.culturalheritage.org/surveys) this fall.

As a small token of our appreciation of your time and insights, we will randomly select three survey respondents to receive a free registration (a value of up to $149) for a Connecting to Collections Care course. Courses allow for more in-depth examination of collections care issues through a series of webinars, readings, and assignments.

Instructions on how to enter the drawing are provided at the conclusion of the survey.
