Media Accreditation Application: SVRI Forum 2026 IntroductionThe SVRI Forum 2026 takes place from Monday 5 to Friday 9 October 2026 at the Centara Grand Hotel and Convention Centre, Bangkok. Media accreditation covers the abstract-driven programme, which runs from Tuesday 6 to Thursday 8 October. Accredited journalists are invited to attend on those three days. This form is for professional journalists and recognised media outlets applying to cover the Forum. It takes about five minutes. Media registration is free. Applications close on Friday 25 September 2026.Conditions of AccreditationAccredited journalists agree to: Obtain individual, informed consent before photographing, filming or recording any delegate. Consent must be given directly to you at the time. Presence at the Forum does not constitute consent. Obtain prior agreement from the session chair and every presenter before recording audio or video in any session. Respect no-photography requests and do not photograph poster presentations displaying a no-photography card. Do not report on unpublished research presented at the Forum without the presenter's explicit agreement. Some research may be under embargo or in peer review. Protect the privacy of survivors. Do not name a survivor or publish any detail that could identify them unless they have given clear and specific consent for that use. Follow recognised ethical and safety guidance when reporting on violence against women and children. Wear your media pass visibly at all times while inside the venue. Stop recording immediately if asked to do so by an SVRI Forum delegate, SVRI staff member, SAMRC staff member, session chair or speaker. Application Information Question Title * 1.
