Our last Comprehensive Plan update was in 2020, but a lot has changed in just a few short years. Timnath has welcomed new homes, new businesses, and more people who are proud to call this place home. As we grow, we want to make sure we're planning in a way that protects what people love about Timnath - while setting the stage for a strong, thoughtful future.
To help inform the development of a new plan, the Town hosted open house events throughout the week of September 18. These events were designed to seek community feedback on different topic areas like the economy, housing, water conservation, and community form.
