Goodhue County is nearing the end of over a year-long process to update the Byllesby Park Master Plan.
After collecting input from open houses in September 2016, March 2017, and two online questionnaires, a Draft Master Plan for the park is ready for review. We are now seeking feedback that will be used to finalize the master plan document.
