Thank you for your interest in working with Trailhead to investigate strategies to intervene in and prevent burnout among public health professionals.

Burnout can be summarized as sustained stress that impairs one's ability to meet the daily demands of one's work and life. This stress can come from being overworked and hyperstimulated, being underworked and under-utilized or a combination of professional and personal factors. Over time, there is evidence that burnout can have long term health implications and can impact the development of a professional field.

Please provide the information below and Trailhead staff will be in contact with you to conduct an interview of your experience.
