COVID-19 Vaccine Literacy

The Brookline Department of Public Health & Human Services (BDPHHS) would like to request your participation in a study that will assist understanding of vaccine literacy skills, vaccine hesitancy, and information sources for vaccines related to COVID-19 among residents.

This a student survey conducted to collect information that will assist with future COVID-19 public health messaging and programs designed to improve the health and safety of residents through our department.
