Please note: that only applicants that are legally entitled to work in New Zealand and can make themselves available for interviews in New Zealand will be considered for advertised positions. This is a full time position as an Independent Contract and is Commission Only remuneration (no retainer).

To assist you with making an informed decision please note the following terms of engagement:

Role

100% commitment to ABC - Full time position delivering professional services to buyers and sellers of businesses
Independent Contractor (ie. self-employed & GST registered)
Rewarded by a generous commission structure with no earnings ceiling

Prerequisite

Hold a National Certificate in Real Estate (salesperson) Level 4, or be prepared to obtain one.

Getting started commitment

Financial
- National Certificate in Real Estate – Application fee $1095 (n/a if you are already licenced)
- National Certificate in Real Estate - Licence fee $1133 (n/a if you are already licenced)
- ABC New Broker start-up costs - $1535
- Sufficient funds to support you whilst you are getting started
- You must be GST Registered
Time
- Complete 11 papers to obtain the National Certificate in Real Estate Licence - supported by ABC.
- REAA 6 month supervisory period
