To assist you with making an informed decision please note the following terms of engagement:
Role
100% commitment to ABC - Full time position delivering professional services to buyers and sellers of businesses
Independent Contractor (ie. self-employed & GST registered)
Rewarded by a generous commission structure with no earnings ceiling
Prerequisite
Hold a National Certificate in Real Estate (salesperson) Level 4, or be prepared to obtain one.
Getting started commitment
Financial
National Certificate in Real Estate – Application fee $1095 (n/a if you are already licenced)
National Certificate in Real Estate - Licence fee $1133 (n/a if you are already licenced)
ABC New Broker start-up costs - $1535
Sufficient funds to support you whilst you are getting started
You must be GST Registered
Time
Complete 11 papers to obtain the National Certificate in Real Estate Licence - supported by ABC.
REAA 6 month supervisory period
