Residents, Partners, and Stakeholders:

The City of Bridgeport recently started the process of developing the 2020-2025 Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). This plan is designed to assess affordable housing and community development needs to help us make data-driven decisions for the following federally funded programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for People With Aids (HOPWA).

Your input is a critical part of developing the ConPlan. By completing the quick survey and participating in the process, you will help identify housing and community development priorities.
