Located at Briarwood Mall in the JCPenney Court
The mall will provide one 8' table, one black table skirt and two folding chairs. Electricity is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tables will be available for set-up at 11 am. Take-down will begin at 4 pm, but camps are welcome to stay longer if they wish (up to 2 hours longer).
General Rules:
1. Must supply all materials needed to display and operate own space.
2. Responsible for setting up and taking down own space.
3. Must take away own trash and boxes at the end of the event.
4. Mall Management reserves the right of approval on all displays/content and set-ups.
5. No tents are allowed and fixtures cannot be more than 7' tall.
A contract will be forwarded to you for review and execution upon completion of this survey. A fully executed contract, payment of $250 and proof of insurance are required prior to the event.
