1. About this survey

This survey is designed to get a picture of your overall experience of working with others and then to focus on people who are difficult and challenging to work with.  We want to get a sense of the nature of the challenges.  We also want to focus on one person, find out why they were difficult to work with and also understand how the person was managed. 
While we recognise that working with customers can also be very challenging, this survey focuses on people in your team or those colleagues you work closely with.
Thanks for taking the time to do the survey – we think it will take about 10 minutes to complete.  All responses are anonymous. We will not identify you or any comments you make in our use of the results.
