Background

Bozeman Commuter Project is interested in ways to make streets feel safer and more welcoming for people walking, bicycling, riding the bus and driving.  Slower moving traffic creates safer streets and encourages community members of all ages and abilities to get outside and stay active, whether for transportation or for play. The Western Transportation Institute, AARP and the City of Bozeman partnered on the Tamarack/Tracy pop-up traffic calming project to guide discussion and engage the public in thinking about possible future street designs for Bozeman. Please take a few minutes to let us know what you think about this pop-up project.
