BUSINESS SKILLS FOCUS - Skill and knowledge focus on abilities needed to perform business management, business consulting, strategic planning and business growth. Those with Business Skills are often referred to as CEOs. COOs. Managing Directors, Entrepreneurs, Consultants, etc.

SALES SKILLS FOCUS - Skill and knowledge focus on abilities needed to perform prospecting, cold calling, nurturing, engaging, presenting, negotiating, closing. Those with operations skills are often referred to as Operations Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Operations Officer, Customer Service Operations Managers, Logistics Managers, Distribution Managers etc.
