Boone County - Master Plan Survey Welcome to the Boone County Master Plan Survey Question Title Boone County is creating a new Master Plan for the County. The Master Plan will help guide growth and development in the County over the next 10 to 20 years. The Master Plan serves as a guide for the County for rezoning decisions, land development regulations, transportation improvements, budgeting, coordination of infrastructure, and more. The jurisdiction of the plan will be the unincorporated areas of the County, so the focus of this survey is unincorporated Boone County (outside of city limits).
