Tickets & Experiences Date Change Request

Date change requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours before your original booking date, unless related to an inclement weather closure, confirmed by Adventure World.
New dates must be within the same season of purchase.
Date change requests are only available on the following products: Date specific tickets, Member friend tickets, Fast Passes, Reserved Seating (including Cabanas), Wildlife experiences, AW Nights event tickets.

Please note: All booking changes are not confirmed until you receive contact from the AW Team confirming your new booking. Booking changes are subject to availability.
