Introduction

The NCG Board Code of Conduct (Board Policy C5) sets forth the expected behavior and ethical standards that NCG board members agree to follow in fulfilling their responsibilities. When transgressions of this code occur, appropriate measures will be taken to address and rectify the situation.

Any member may report a potential violation of the code of conduct using this form.

All reports will be investigated as outlined in the NCG Board Member Code of Conduct Violation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
