Blackford County Community Survey

The Blackford County Community Foundation is conducting this survey in order to gain widespread input about the community as part of a large funding opportunity to enhance Blackford County. Leaders from the Foundation and other community organizations hope to use the information you provide BETWEEN NOW AND THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31 to make decisions about how the funding, which we anticipate receiving in 2020, will be used. A community meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 20 at the City Hall in Hartford City to share survey results. Please plan to attend!
