WELCOME

The first phase of this research involved an in-person design thinking session on housing challenges faced by Persons of African Descent in British Columbia. The session yielded very creative and strong proposals for change. In this survey, we invite you to kindly help us understand the contexts better and to also generate further ideas for change.

The project is funded by BC Housing and is being undertaken by AACCCS/Issamba (Victoria, BC) and Umoja (Surrey).

Beyond this survey, there will be a virtual community forum on the subject later in August.  If you are interested in attending the Zoom session, please feel free to email us at issambacentre@gmail.com or leave your email address at the end of the survey.
