Survey Information and Consent
This questionnaire is part of a research project by Queen's University Belfast in association with the Moredun Research Institute, on parasite control on cattle and sheep farms in the UK and Ireland. We would like to know what you are doing to control worms, and what you think of wormer resistance and how to deal with it.
We estimate that the survey will take around 25 minutes to complete, depending on whether you have sheep or cattle or both, and how much information you are willing to share. There are 9 sections for sheep and 9 for cattle.

We will be very grateful if you are able to complete this detailed survey. If you would like to but really can't spare the time, please consider taking our quicker and less detailed surveys (about 15 minutes) for sheep here: Sheep Worm 2021 and/or for cattle here: Cattle Worm 2021.
The answers are completely anonymous, and you are under no obligation to take the survey (but thanks if you do!). Results will be used as part of research to assess the current situation with respect to wormer resistance, and to improve guidance to help address this issue. They will not be shared with commercial companies except in published form open to everyone.
