Welcome to the 2025 Vital Signs Community Survey!
The Vital Signs 2025 Community Survey aims to gather the opinions and experiences of residents of the Municipality of Westlake-Gladstone to better understand the people living in the community and to guide community development, efforts, and decisions to improve well-being.
Your thoughts will be shared with the community and help shape the Vital Signs 2025 Report, which will be shared with the community later this spring. The more voices we hear from the better, so please take part!
About the Survey:
• Survey open to residents of Westlake-Gladstone Municipality, ages 18 and up.
• Local students currently attending university or training elsewhere are also eligible.
• You can fill it out on a smartphone, or on a computer screen for the best experience.
• Paper copies are also available. Your choice!
• We estimate that most responses will take 20-25 minutes.
• Survey closes March 16, 2025.
• Your responses are anonymous.

To thank you for your time, survey participants have a chance to win 1 of 3 gift cards to local businesses.
After completing the survey, you'll be given a link to enter the raffle. Rest assured, your survey responses will remain anonymous, and your raffle entry information will not be linked to your survey answers.
