'Beyond Boundaries in the Outdoors' is on online course designed for staff and volunteers across the outdoor, leisure, tourism, education and community sectors.
The course provides practical knowledge to help create more inclusive experiences for disabled people and is informed by Bendrigg’s experience of delivering accessible outdoor adventure for disabled people for almost 50 years.
Beyond Boundaries in the Outdoors is an engaging eLearning course that is suitable for all staff and volunteers and takes about 2 hours to complete. It can be done at the learner's own pace and doesn't have to be completed in one go.
Thanks to funding from the Francis Scott Trust, we are able to offer a limited number of free 'Beyond Boundaries in the Outdoors' eLearning courses to people working or volunteering with young people in Cumbria.
